Hello,
I have been tracking my package and it shows returned numerous times. My tracking number is CY007363353CN.

Can I please have an update on where the package stands now?

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It's delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.

You couldn't get it now. It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on May 14. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

USPS tracking number - no way to call number listed... won't go thru (0 reply)

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
