Request for redelivery of package was finally successful but was told there was no one at home when delivery was attempted. My daughter said she was home all morning. Was this package delivered to their door? Have gotten calls from 6 year old grandson asking where his presents are. I just received a letter saying that I should tell my son to pick up the package but tracking says delivery depot/delivery office China with no address as to where the package is being held. I bought a parcel from aliexpress, but unfortunately seller cannot be reach anymore i think she deactivate her account. But she shipped my item since March 2020, and the tracking number is LH347745190CN. I called my local post office to track that number and they said it still stuck in China, awaiting for delivery to Australia. They said something must have happened for the item to not be sent to Australia just yet. I cant contact seller and i cant call China Post from Australia. Can you please please look into this item for me with the tracking number i provided? Please get back to me.

Good day, looks like my item landed in China on the 6th April 2025. I have looked to see the progress and seems it is awaiting customs clearance by the addressee (Yongming Xia, Jiazhaoye), there is a contact phone number for this addressee on the declaration. Please would it be possible to contact the addressee and inform them that the item has arrived at customs. Every day I check to see what the progress is on my item. If there is any import duty tax on the Chinese end to pay please advise me, it has been since the 31.3.25 that this item left Australia, kind regards Bea Rath-male.
