A parcel shipped on December 28th. via Flight KA863-CX888 to Vancouver with your tracking number UT681427760CN indicates it arrived on 2019-12-04 at 12.23.00 but there have been no further entries. Canada Post indicates they can not track it until it has cleared customs can you please update me with regard to the parcel. Thank you.
