I request a package and the company send me this massage "Your order from RENOEN has been shipped. China Post tracking number: RU735924141NL"
I search for this shipment data on your site and it not found
Kindly support with the last status of the package and when expecting to receive

Here is the tracking information what we got for it. It's sent by PostNL International Mail. It's still at the shippers warehouse now.

Checked with singpost the item was handed over to China Postal and was able to check previously on the system and suddenly it is gone from he system and indicate cannot be found if this item is being taken by the custom and not going to be returned, i would like a statement from your side so i can proceed to get a refund

Not Tracking Information Found. Possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier has got your package but the shipment information needs some time to be shown up in the system. Wait for another one or two days to check again.
3: The tracking number you typed is incorrect.
4: This package couldn’t be tracked because the sender doesn’t pay for the tracking service fee.
5: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier's system which is usually happens for package over 6 months.
