Good evening, this package: ZC03222372499 has been delivered to Guarda, not the final address as it seems, and i cant track it, and i have no idea of which company has it right now, could you please help me out? i need to locate it and get more information about it, namely which company is going to distribute it.

Hi Ricardo,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Portugal. Then, use the number to check with Correios de Portugal about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

This tracking last update showed as:
2021-08-15 19:14 上海市, 已交承运商运输
This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.

My package has the following tracking number: UJ206110716CN. I have never received any package and the tracking number has now expired!

I bought this package on March 12th 2020 from (Choo Marketing Sdn Bhd.). This website does not exist anymore!

Is this fraud? How come there is a tracking number for a package at China Post when there is no package around?
