Tracking report shows as its delivered but did not receive anything

The traacking report says my parcel is delivered but couldnt receive anything. How can this happen? Explain to me what happend and let me get the parcel as soon as possilbe

Hi Seojun Lee,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Tracking # AQ101854555CN. Last tracking report dated 4/16/2023 13:19 shows "Delivered". I did not receive the item yesterday nor did I receive it today. My understanding is that United States Post Office (USPS) delivers for China Post. USPS does not deliver on Sunday except for packages contracted with Amazon.
