Where was my package delivered AQ529119755CN. Status shows CAST. Package is NOT here, was not delivered to my home and the USPS knows nothing about that tracking number and since this is a small town they report as not seeing anything that large.

Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I do not understand why it was tried to be delivered in Texas if the delivery address in Walnut Creek, California? And why it is returned to the sender, but not sent to the correct address. So my tracking number AM345742156CN shows delivered but no package ever showed up. It says delivered on mon may 20 and I was home all day. No delivery was made to my address. Shipper is being uncooperative (go figure). The delivery address should be 4512 ne 48 th st Vancouver wa 98661 can you at least confirm that is the delivery address.
