Tracking says delivered, but package has not arrived

Package with tracking number AG187947040CN is showing as delivered on April 27th, but it has not shown up. Last place it was before that was Los Angeles. I’m in Florida

According to the tracking information, AG187947040CN was delivered on April 27. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

On the tracking website it says that the package has been delivered to the set address yet there hasn't been any updates on delivery at all. We've contacted the post office and they said that nothing has arrived, we've also contacted the original store yet there is no reply. This is the tracking number:XY2387095559YQ
