It says my package was delivered but nothing arrived

Hi it says you guys delivered my packages on may 29th but i have not received any package at all i am trying to get a refund but i need proof you have not delivered package since it is June 14 & still nothing has arrived .

I have paid for four large items of garden equipment identified by the seller as China Post tracking numbers AG332851991CN AG348449508CN AG328986025CN. China Post website has them all 'delivered'. None of the items have been delivered, I suspect that I have been the victim of an elaborate scam. Can you offer an explanation why the tracking site says 'delivered' and yet there had been no delivery to my address NN13 5PX, the only house with that postcode.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
