Tracking says package has been delivered - I did not receive the package

Dear China Post Team,
My package under tracking number AG481527453CN should have been delivered on 20 December according to your tracking service.
Unforgunately neither me or my neighbours have received the package. Much more unfortunate is that I cannot furthermore contact the sender as I ordered over Etsy and the seller is suddenly not acailable there anymore.
I also cannot see if the package was delivered by a local postal service.
Could you please check the status of the package and to which address it was delivered?
It should have been a christmas present - unfortunately I do not think I will receive it until then…
