I ordered a package on 24th April, which was dispatched the next day.
I have been checking tracking regularly and the status has not updated since the 27th April
I was wondering if anyine could advise as to why it has been waiting for over 3 weeks to be dispatched and what ETA I can expect

@Daisy - are you able to tell when it left China for the UK? as it shouldnt take 1 month to arrive from China.
I run a transport company in the UK and understand the issues at present with the pandemic but this transit time is not right. I am concerned that my delivery has got lost in transit?

It's not lost. Please wit for more days to get update. It should have update showing it arrives recently.
