We did not receive the package - not at door or in mailbox
Also, I could not find the tracking number on USPS - who did the last mile delivery?

It may be a scam. You need to to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, you need to open a dispute, or ask for a charge back from the bank or visa company.
