My package tracking (AT694256030CN) shows package arrived in my town but it has not been delivered for 17 days at this point. Please tell me where my package is being held in my town, St. John's, NL, Canada so that I can pick it up.

It's not normal. It may be delayed or lost. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
