Tracking status: RETURNED TO SENDER

Hi, i’ve been tracking my order and the last tracking update on July 29 showed “RETURNED TO SENDER”? What was the reason why it was send back to sender? Will i still receive my parcel? Thanks.

Hi CatherineSG,

It couldn't pass the customs' check and returned back. You need to contact the seller to refund you as soon as possible or send it again to you by using a different way if you still want it.

I was tracking my parcel for an item i ordered and Tracking status of my parcel shows “Returned to Sender” last July 29. And as per inquiry with you last Aug 1 you told me it was returned to sender because it couldn’t pass the Customs. How many days will it take for the sender to receive back the item.
