Hi I have been tracking my orders tracking number which has had no update since the 2nd of April I have been in contact with Royal Mail and they have told me my details don’t match up with the tracking number and that I have to ring china post to speek to the carrier which they never answer the phone I’m in the uk and just cannot get on the phone with them my tracking number is LV731916309CN can you find out where this parcel is heading or at least tell me the postcode it’s heading to
