Two packages missing for almost a month

Hi
I have two packages that have been in transit and has the code, Shanghai, Delivered by Airline, code for almost a month. As such I want to know where they are and if they are lost.
Tracking Codes are : LZ065713442CN and LX132121056CN

Hi Raph,

They are not lost. It was delivered by airline on May 20 and May 24. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in New Zealand after delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

Hello. I bought 3 items from the same seller in late February. The seller shipped them individually on March 7, 2020. I received one item March 25, 2020. The other two packages are lost or missing. There have been no updates since March 11?
