Unable to find any tracking on my package ! Please help!!

Hi i would like to know if you can provide any update on my package the tracking number is LY631820631CN. When i check the website it says no records are found!

Hi Sls,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
