Hello, I placed an order 37 days ago, and the delivery for my parcel has not been updated since 21/04/2020. The tracking information is difficult to understand, could anyone help me find where my package is and how long will it take to reach me. Any help is appreciated, my tracking lumber is LO899498254CN.

There is few flight to UK which makes it delayed. It was delivered to air transport and is still in China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within two months, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
