LV847618889CN - my package is taking a very long time and I’m unsure of the current situation. I’ve never used China post so could someone please explain?

Hello, I am waiting for my shipment AT134612455CN but the following message appears in the tracking information:
"The shipment has arrived and is waiting for the customer to pick it up"
