My parcel says it is delivering but is hasn’t delivered yet!

Hi Kate,

China Post tried to deliver it to the recipient but failed. The reason my the phone number for the recipient couldn't be connected. You'd better let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it:

2017-12-14 08:09:00 Unsuccessful delivery
2017-12-13 14:42:00 Unsuccessful delivery
2017-12-13 08:53:00 Unsuccessful delivery
2017-12-07 08:35:00 Arrival at inward office of exchange, BEIJING

A parcel read as leaving guangzhou on the 27th April. The last update on its whereabouts was 18th May- "MALVERN CENTRE - express package arrives at processing center (GB). Here has been nothing since this.
