Whereabouts of parcel

A parcel read as leaving guangzhou on the 27th April. The last update on its whereabouts was 18th May- "MALVERN CENTRE - express package arrives at processing center (GB). Here has been nothing since this.

Hi Bex0239,

There is no update after May 18. As it's shipped by X.R. Logisitcs. They don't update the tracking information. You need to require the seller to check it for you through contacting X.R. Logisitcs if it's stuck for a long time.
