I put in my tracking number and it came up with last message, The shipment has arrived and is waiting for the customer to pick it up. I thought it was suppose to be delivered to me as I payed for delivery and I have been waiting since the 1/5/23, thats over 1 month ago. I don't know where I'm suppose to pick it up from as this is all it says. Please Help? I'm in Australia.

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address to pick up or require then to deliver to your address. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
