Update on 2 packages

So I'm waiting on 2 packages and they have both been handed over to the airline 3 weeks ago, so why is it taking so long for me to get an update?

Hi Claudia22,

They are in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after they were delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I sent 2 packages of personal items to the United States from China on September 25th. The last update I have received was on October 1st stating it had been processed in Beijing. I was expecting these packages to arrive after 4-6 weeks. Is this normal or have my packages been lost? The tracking numbers are cp382300268cn and cp382300271cn.
