A year ago I ordered and payed for a small polishing machine- I received the belts for machine but no machine- order number was #1038-thank you for your assistance

This tracking last update showed as:

This tracking has not even show any update of custom clearance.
The other tracking usual show update in few day as:
航空公司接收/航空公司启运/飞机进港
But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
