Hi,
Just wondering if I can get an update on my parcel please. I understand the delay with the pandemic but it was accepted to Beijing air transfer on the 19th April and nothing since- EA929349260CN. Do you have an idea on how long this will take to get to Ireland? Many thanks

Hi. Can you tell me where my package is as it says it has been in Dublin for nearly a month. I ordered on 5 Nov. Its a Xmas present and am really worried. Can collect from sorting office where is seems to be stuck......
