Hello,
The last update says “Item returned from customs” Zheng Zhou March 12, 2020. I’ve tried looking on Frequently asked questions, but don’t know what that means. I would think there should be another update “accepted by carrier” or something like that, but so far nothing. Seller says it shipped, so I was just hoping for some clarification on where the package is.

I HAVE A PACKAGE THAT WAS MAILED OUT ON 4/28/20 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT TRACKING INFO SAID IT IS AT SHANGHAI AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION.. WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT DELIVERY DATEV TO US OR WHY IT HAS NOT MOVED IN OVER 18 DAYS

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You couldn't receive it. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
