I am writing to request urgent information regarding the shipment with tracking number ZA01079818201.
According to the tracking information, the parcel appears to have been marked as “Delivered【Roma】” on August 3, 2025, at 10:13. However, as of today, I have not received any package.
The delivery was expected to take place in Rome, at Via Arrigo Davila 61, postal code 00179, under the name Lorenzo Silvestri.
Below is a summary of the tracking updates:

I have a parcel coming to India from Shenzen, China. According to the last tracking update, it was accepted by airlines on 22/11/2020. It has been more than a week and there has been no further update regarding it. I understand there will be no update until the parcel has reached the next center.
