I am writing regarding four packages I shipped from China Post to Egypt. Below are the tracking numbers for the packages:
• CP519953064CN
• CP519953055CN
• CP519953016CN
• CP519952047CN
According to the tracking system:
• All packages were handed over for delivery on 10 July 2025.
• On 11 July 2025, the status updated to “on the way to the international delivery company.”
• On 25 October 2025. the latest update shows that 到达境外经转局(第三国经转)

I would like to clarify if this means my packages have already arrived in Egypt, or if they are still in transit via another country and have not yet reached Egypt.
At this point, I am uncertain whether my packages are delayed, lost, or stolen. I kindly request your urgent assistance in providing clarification and resolving this matter.

I have shipped four packages from China Post to Egypt. Their tracking numbers are:

• The latest update shows that the packages have “arrived at the port of destination and are in transit.”

However, when I contacted the receiving company in Egypt that is responsible for handling incoming packages, they informed me that no packages have arrived.

I urgently need clarification on the following points:
1. Where are my packages now?
2. Which company or authority received my packages from China Post upon arrival in Egypt?
3. Please provide an official document confirming that my packages have been successfully delivered to Egypt, including the entry numbers or any reference submitted to Egyptian customs. This documentation is essential for me to file a formal complaint locally and trace my shipments.
At the moment, I do not know whether my packages are delayed, lost, or stolen. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
