It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

You guys delivered my package my microwave. Over in Hawaii that should have came to Oklahoma I want to know what the heck is going on here I spent five hours yesterday on this and 3 hours today and I haven't got any answers back I would like to have my microwave back or I want my money back in my account.
