User pay tax

I sent a package to china. It shows that its in Shantou City and waiting on user to pay tax. The recipient has said they don't know where to pay. How do they pay the tax?

The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
You can also use WeChat to finish payment. Just download WeChatm sign up and then search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then click '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay and finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.

Thank you. How do they find the item? Just using the tracking number? I am looking at the WeChat site and don't see a link to pay for mail. Is there something specific I am looking for? Thank you again so much.
