My package was incorrectly directed to China instead of Ontario Canada. Its been sitting since November 3rd and has not moved. Can someone please contact me? will it be returned to the sender or will it eventually make it to me?

I bought a lamp from Aliexpress which was sent to me in Canada on March 6. The China post tracking ( CY026983814CN )is stating that on March 8 the package was about to leave China for Canada
No tracking happen after that for 17 days and on March 25, suddenly the tracking was stating that the package was still in China and delivered to a carrier....which carrier ???
Why it was not sent to Canada? Where it is going with that carrier? Since March 25, again another 3 weeks without any tracking events so far....
Now this has been more than a month (45 days in fact)that it was sent but still it seem that it is still in China?

I checked with Canada post and they confirm having received a notice on March 8 to await for the package but they say that it never come to Canada so far and they say that the package is still in China....
Then here is our question...
Where is the package now and why it is still in China and not heading to Canada?

Your input on this issue would be dearly appreciated...

Hi, I sent a return package via Canada post from Canada to China (Suzhou). The package is now being held by custom, as it seems that tax is required to be paid. There is a language barrier between the seller and I, but the seller seems to be confused as to what to do. The last tracking says that material is needed from the addressee.

The tracking number is EE222687048CA
