Waiting for User to Pay Taxes?

After translating it says the status of the package has left customs and is waiting for users to pay taxes. Do I have to do that? If so, where and how?

Hi RubberduckyLtd,

The receiver should pay the tax. If you are the sender, you couldn't pay for it. The receiver should have received the notice from the customs about where and how to pay for it.
