Website says package delivered, but it has not; where’s my package?

It says my package was delivered April 5th. But I have not seen it.
Track # AQ101364424CN
Do I need to call Amazon.

Hi ERIC BUCHANAN and David James,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Despite the tracking number, 7TM0030654546G, issued by China Post I have still not received the package. This is despite your website claiming it was delivered yesterday. Also, after checking your website it states "out for delivery" for 3 days which is definitely not the case. Can you please advise how I can locate the package and have it delivered.

I’m wondering if my package is on its way to Canada (3 replies)

My package has been updated and says it’s on its way to Canada on the 17 track net website but when I’ve checked the tracking number on another website it says my package has been returned remarks; security check. I just want to know when my package will be delivered or when it’ll leave and actually be on route to Canada. It’s been more than a month already.
