I ordered this ice machine a month ago and i cannot track this or find it anywhere. I need to know what i can do. My Order number is H305W39F591; my tracking number is AS715728032CN. I need to know if I am going to have to report for fraud i am thinking. Can you see if you can find anything for me.

Same thing is happening to me. Tracking # states its still in China. Been over 6 weeks now and 4 emails. Calling bank to dispute charge.
