What happened to my package

My order has been stuck in Shanghai customs since Oct. Tracking number is LY471707172CN. It now says that tracking has expired. I'm not sure what this all means. I'd like to know what happened as company won't give me a refund or any answers. Thanknyou for your time and answers

It couldn't be passed the customs check and is stuck at the customs. You couldn't receive it. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
