What do I need to do to resend a package to Haizhu District Guangahou

I sent a package back on 3/25/23. I used the same package it came in with a USPS Customs Declaration and Dispatched Note. Filled in all the appropriate information. I just got the package back on 10/11/23. with a yellow sticker with a red stamp stating overdue customs declaration. My question is what do I need to fill out to resend this package?

You need to contact your local courier to resend the package.
