Package that says Wed, Nov 30, 2016 04:03
[Guangzhou] left Guangzhou sent to Chicago (by turned). What does this mean? I have several packages that have not updated for, on a couple, 2 weeks. Want to know what to tell the vender. Tracking number LT427461259CN

It means it's in transit to Chicago now. I think you may get in the next week.
