What is the hold up on my package?

I ordered two Lego kits through an
online distributor that ended up shipping from your all's area. The package reached the Shanghai area, was supposed to be placed on a shipment flight, but instead has set is Shanghai area since May 8th. I was supposed to have received the package on May 25th. Why has my package not moved any further?

It's still in transit and hasn't shipped. It takes about another 15-25 days to be delivered to my experience. Please wait for more days to see.
