Yes I provided them with the correct number and they printed off the same as you - they said they never received it

Canada post and PayPal have now both advised me that the seller needs to initiate a trace / can you please contact the seller to begin this process as I have no contact information- Canada post said they will talk to you when you send the dispute and then I can find out where my package is.
