Hi there,
Can you please help me get some information about my package LP033720376HK?
According to the tracking from my destination country and Hong Kong Post, the package departed Hong Kong on August 21 (8/21/2021), but I still have received it/ any updates about it for over 1 month now. I think it must be delayed due to COVID-19, but is it normal for an e-express package from HK to Hanoi to take this long?? E-express normally takes 7-14 days... Any updates/information about my package would be greatly appreciated.
