Hi Chinn P,

They were handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 21 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Philippines after handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

The latest tracking info says your package was dispatched to the country of destination in Guanzhou, China. It should be arriving in the Philippines shortly. If it has been a while longer without any updates, you should contact the seller or carrier.

Is my EMS package lost? It's been a little over a month. The estimated delivery was Oct 23 - Nov 12 and there has been no movement since October. The movement/activity stated was "Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit". Is there any way to tell when my package will be arriving and if it will arrive within 28 days. My order closes in 28 days so if I don't have any info regarding my order before them I will not be able to request a refund or open a dispute.
