I had checked the tracking several times and still parcel had no movement. I had communications with the post office where my parcel dropped....but post office staff had just given us so much non sense explanation that inspite they even saw in their computer that there's not movement of the parcel. I even called and speak with them, still they don't accept responsibility of the lost parcel. They have been saying the same thing that they will contact Manila and ask what happen to my parcel. Obviously, this parcel is lost.....why can't they not just say an apology and refund me. Hope i can get more clearer answer to this message here. Thanks!

To my experience, this package is stuck in Philippines for a long time and is delayed. I suggest you wait for another 15-30 days to see if there is any update.
