Hi, my package RK540024454CN is stuck in Suzhou since 12.11.2016. There is no movement since this date.
Where can be the problem?

Hi Martin,

It's not stuck in Suzhou. Tracking system shows it has left Suzhou on Nov. 12. Now, it's still in transit to Slovakia. It usually takes a month for it arrive there. When it's on the way to Slovakia, there will be no update for details. There will be information to show it arrives Slovakia when it's there. You'd better wait patiently. I'll let you know here once it's in your country.

but according tracking system it is still in China - internal transit
My another package RK540024485CN went through Beijing. But this one never came to Beijing.

It's stuck at The U.S. Secondary Processing Center since Sep. 15. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Good day! What is the current situation at the Chinese post office? All requests to you now come with one question - the parcels are stuck and are without movement in the Chinese post office or international logistics center. My parcel LO962476721CN is also without movement since March 30 from the time of arrival in Guangzhou. It's been 23 days without traffic. The seller doesn't know anything either. When will the parcel leave China and arrive in Russia?

Hi....i have not received my parcel until now. My sister in Philippines dropped my parcel in her local post office (Tarlac, Philippines) on August 3 using EMS with tracking#EE190456068PH.
I had checked the tracking several times and still parcel had no movement. I had communications with the post office where my parcel dropped....but post office staff had just given us so much non sense explanation that inspite they even saw in their computer that there's not movement of the parcel. I even called and speak with them, still they don't accept responsibility of the lost parcel. They have been saying the same thing that they will contact Manila and ask what happen to my parcel. Obviously, this parcel is lost.....why can't they not just say an apology and refund me. Hope i can get more clearer answer to this message here. Thanks!
