My package arrived in the US 7 days ago.
It now says Package not found.
I have NO IDEA what "the Guoqing Pass" is. I need more info on this ASAP

My pacel has arrived in Sydney Australia from Hong Kong but now its saying waiting for Guoqing pass to complete what is a Guoqing pass? And how long is that going to take ? It's still got come from Sydney to Queensland my tracking number is AT34366312CN
