What's my actual tracking number??

If it was local courier service in Australia, it would have been forwarded to my local post office to be collected by me with ID to confirm my parcel belongs to me. In this case hasn't happened! Now my tracking number isn't the tracking number to track it down, it's beyond the joke with this company!!

Does China post use actual weight or the greater of volumetric or actual weight for the slower Large package International service (not EMS)?
