Whats wrong with my cargo?

Since 16. 08 my cargo travels between sorting center and and office of exchange and at 22.08 when I checked my tracking number which is LV211603135CN it tells me EDI recieved but there was a problem that the date was wrong it still tells 24.08 but that was last updated 2 days ago. I want to ask is something happened, should I demand repay from my seller, can you help? Have a good day.
