It was just sent out on Nob. 30. It's impossible for the consignee to get it.

Can you please help me figure out what could be the issue? my parcel which i shipped through ems-hz 60, has been stuck on
Aircraft Arrival,Aircraft Arrival (Arrival at Destination) for 18 days now. this is absolutely not normal, as many other parcels are passing customs in my country and it seems mine is stuck. seller is being very un cooperative, and not helping to investigate what's going on with my parcel.
