When will I recieve my package?

Hi,
my package is being in transit for more than 50 days (!) [ CP547980882CN ] and the aproximated delivery date passed more than 2 weeks ago. I require information about my package, e.g. where is it and when will I recieve it.
I demand precise information becouse nobody has answered me precisely.
