I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago now from China to the UK - it was dispatched by seller very quickly but has been stuck at your processing department for nearly 2 weeks now (no update on tracking since 2nd March!) please can you advise is my parcel lost?? My package that I ordered on the 23 of last month was supposed to arrive yesterday, and I have not had tracking updates for over 2 weeks. I used China postal tracking, usps tracking, and 17 but still nothing. My tracking number is CP378169529CN. I’d like to know what’s going on because it’s been stuck in Shanghai for 2 weeks
