please help me out! my package LW479586550CN has been stuck at the sorting center for weeks! if gives me an estimated date when it’ll arrive at the post office but what does that mean? nothing has changed in 2 weeks and ive ordered this since january /:

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago now from China to the UK - it was dispatched by seller very quickly but has been stuck at your processing department for nearly 2 weeks now (no update on tracking since 2nd March!) please can you advise is my parcel lost?? Or is this normal for it to take so long? I’m concerned it’s just stuck in one place. I expected it to arrive to me within 2 weeks, not for it to still be stuck in China!!!!! My package that I ordered on the 23 of last month was supposed to arrive yesterday, and I have not had tracking updates for over 2 weeks. I used China postal tracking, usps tracking, and 17 but still nothing. My tracking number is CP378169529CN. I’d like to know what’s going on because it’s been stuck in Shanghai for 2 weeks
