When will my parcel be delivered

Could you please let me know when my parcel will be delivered. I am returning goods to a supplier in China and am waiting for a refund. Tracking number is LK975560811AU. The last update was

Hi Jeanie,

As there is no further update after March 19, it may be detained at customs. The recipient in China should have got the notice about how to get it. You'd better conctact the recipient to ask about it.

I received a message from 718 saying my parcel was delivered but it was not as I was home all day and my cameras show nothing please check you deliveries and contact me with details where my parcel went this is the second time in two months as this parcel was a replacement from the first one that was not delivered as well China post # ZA00280437101
